Job Description
We are in the process for recruiting B.Tech/MCA/MSC/BCA/BSC COMPUTERS fresher’s on the following terms and conditions.
ØWe are recruiting freshers for our in house products and for social networking website.
ØTraining can be in any technology-JAVA,PHP,ASP.NET,RUBY ON RAILS
ØAny domain experience
Terms:
ØEach candidate who gets selected in our selection process need to deposit an amount of 1 lakh + Service tax.
ØBond period is One and Half Year.
ØAmount of 1 lakh is refundable .
ØEach candidate who gets selected would be signing a legal agreement i.e. Memorandum of Understanding, Guarantee agreement from parents with Mekhanesoft.
ØIt states that in between the service of One and Half year the amount will not be refundable in any circumstances.
ØSelected candidates parents would be witness for the agreement, no counseling is given to their parents.
ØOnce the candidate joins Mekhanesoft he/she would be undergoing through training for about 6 months.
ØEach candidate would be paid a stipend of 120,000/- P/A i.e. 10,000 P/M which includes all eligible deductions as per Government of Andhra Pradesh.
ØTheir designations in the training period would be Trainee Software Engineer and after training period it would be Jr. Software Engineer
