The list is pretty expansive and covers a lot of territory, including some mistakes that hopefully you're not actually making in the kitchen. Even so, it's worth a look if you're still producing curled up, overcooked bacon in the morning (they suggest you use a wire rack for even, all-sides heating and start with a cold pan) or your fresh vegetables come out of the pot all mushy (keep a bowl of ice water nearby and shock them to stop the cooking process and preserve their crunch.) Personally, I've been known to overcrowd a pan in a rush to get dinner finished quickly.
